This ancient and majestic Masseria has been inhabited since 1800, is located in a small town by the sea between Bari and Brindisi. Painted in the traditional colors of the Italian region “Puglia”, close to the sea and to the beautiful San Domenico Golf, surrounded by four small independent houses which are part of the complex along with two swimming pools and a garden, the
Masseria has been inhabited by its owners for many generations. š

Comfort is at the highest level and services are managed by a one-of-the-kind local staff which takes care of the entire manor farm with great dedication. With no doubts the current interior room makes everything even more fascinating: originally it was the oldest of the hypogeous oil mills present in the farm, which was later built to have enough space for a cattleshed.

šThis is an authentic 700’ Masseria, surrounded by the famous Trulli and with an area of over 90 hectares of land and olive grove. The Masseria is located on the country side of Montalbano di Fasano at the foot of Valle d’Itria, with a splendid view of Ostuni and Fasano seashore.

šThe atmosphere is familiar and informal, perfect for those in search of a friendly environment to stay in. The owners are always there to help, but they are never obtrusive. With its simple and minimal furniture, the Masseria is the right place for an essential experience. The Masseria has been renovated taking care of every detail, keeping the original structural shapes and using typical materials, such as stone and white wood.

šThis Masseria, in the upper Salento, has been converted into a quaint farmhouse. šThe central body of the farm is attached to the underground oil mill of the XVI century. In the main building of housing have been built, very original, for rural hospitality. The whole structure is in the middle of olive groves, with age-old olive trees that are also still the main agricultural hub of the activity (with olive suited to the production of an oil derived from different cultivars of olive trees too young).

šThis Masseria is located alongside the picturesque Mediterranean landscape of Fasano, just off the road leading to Torre Spaccata. It dates back to the early XVII Century and still bears the traditional vaulted ceilings typical of the region.

šAfter being fully restored in 2002 to its original architectural splendor, the Masseria today boasts a unique location for receptions, weddings, gala dinners, theme nights, meetings and conferences. Spacious gardens enclosed by century old olive trees, the Masseria is a perfect setting for outdoor events.

šFrom the panoramic position of the “Serre Tarantine”, the 17th century farmhouse, the Masseria, overlooks this rural amphitheater designed by nature and by men over the centuries. The Masseria offers stunning views of the Ionian sea which is only 4 km far and is located in the countryside near Maruggio, a small rural village in the heart of the Ionian coast of Salento, south of Manduria, and within short driving distances from the most important south and central Puglian touristic sites like Lecce, Otranto, Gallipoli, Taranto, Ostuni and Alberobello.

šThe Masseria project starts at the end of the nineties, with the aim of using local grapes to produce quality wine within an environmentally responsible framework. Organic farming and close collaboration with the best agronomists, winemakers and Universities are part of this practice.
