Sì Sposaitalia Collezioni on Stage from 6th to 9th April
Planned from 6th to 9th April 2018, Sì Sopsaitalia Collezioni puts forward the dates and change the format : launch of White Carpet Fashion Show, a fashion show during the first day of the event that will stage big names of ready-made clothing inside a location in the city centre.
International designers will show their creations realized in collaboration with some of the most famous companies of the wedding industry. A mix between creativity and manual work that also includes art and culture. The collections will inspire from « Trionfo D’Amore », the exhibition dedicated to the italian wedding story from the 15th and the 19th century, located near the Sforzesco Castle, in the context of the Milan XL project, during the last edition of the fashion week in Milan.
200 collections will be presented
Milan, already considered as fashion capital, becomes the fulcrum of the new format of the Wedding Week that combines know-how and fashion appeal. A novelty accompanied by the audacious challenge of bringing forward the dates compared to the other main international fairs. «A project that aims to strengthen the worldwide impact of the event » explained Simona Greco, the Sì Sposaitalia Collezioni’s CEO, «focusing on key elements : the quality of supply and the appeal of the Italian fashion in the world.
During the event, that will take place at Fiera Milano inside the exhibition places of fieramilanocity, 200 collections of wedding dresses, clothes for men, women, children and accessories, 35% of them come from overseas. «The challenge of launching a new format and changing the schedule is done within the framework of a broader renewal strategy which aims at highlighting the quality already shown by the event and strengthen its worldwide impact », claimed the organizers.
