Our Vision Came to Life!

Anna Maria  coordinated our wedding in the south of Italy, in a part of the region that she had never visited before, let alone worked in professionally. The event was centered around our family home where we had very specific requirements for how the weekend should look and feel, feeding off of the existing rustic beauty of the house and the surrounding countryside. Event planning resources in this region were scarce. The situation required Anna Maria to use vendors that she had never worked with before and to incorporate many of our own DIY planning ideas. Resourceful and never discouraged, she handled this unique set of challenges calmly and helped us plan quite an amazing destination wedding. In the end, the entire weekend could not have been more prefect for us and our guests. Anna Maria was our Italian-business-jungle-guide; negotiating contracts, wrangling vendors, scheduling logistics, and ensuring that everything went smoothly on-site. We are thankful that Anna Maria was there to help make our vision come to life!

Flawless Birthday Flashmob

We contacted Wedding Planner Roma with the wacky idea to create a Flash mob for a friend’s BIG birthday. Anna Maria and her team loved the idea and made it a reality! Her innovative and creative approach made it affordable and fun. The enthusiasm of Anna Maria’s choreographer  and her team of experts flawlessly pulled it off with the bonus of the Spanish steps as the backdrop! Our group of 8 participated, with  Wedding Planner Roma, recruits, made for a fun Flash mob! Having learned the moves ahead of time, we and all our friends in the U.S.A. couldn’t wait to see the video (which was also masterful and well executed.) As for the “birthday boy”, he was indeed truly surprised, bemused and appreciative to have this once in a lifetime memory to commemorate his Birthday celebration in Rome. Special thanks to Alessandro and of course, Anna Maria. Hats off ! You guys ROCK!

Everyone always says that their wedding day was the best day of their lives- and mine truly was! From start to finish Anna Maria provided us with the day of our dreams! She was able to take my vague idea of a ‘vintage shabby-chic garden wedding’ and turn it into a beautiful and sophisticated event. She sourced some stunning and truly unique items for the day which really added to the overall effect. She also suggested some wonderful ideas – the ‘glamour girls bathroom boxes’ were a particular hit! Prior to the day I had none of the usual ‘bridal stresses’ as Anna Maria was able to act as a filter for all the suppliers and organizations, meaning that all we had to do was turn up and enjoy the day! On the day itself Lindy was constantly busy behind the scenes ensuring that everything ran like clock-work, which it did! Thank you for giving me the best start to my ‘happily ever after!’

I have had the great honor of working with Anna Maria Nardi on two occasions.  Our son’s wedding was 4 1/2 years ago – an elegant small wedding, as there was also a larger celebration being held in South America.  Anna Maria transformed the rooftop space to something magical. . .the lighting, flowers, 7 course tasting menu, feasting table, dancing. . .not a single detail missed. We just had the wedding for our daughter and our new son-in-law, a few weeks ago, and it was quite large and a destination venue,  and Anna Maria and team were in charge of all four days of events.   Each day brought its own flavor and element of surprise, all building up to the wedding day, which was nothing less than spectacular!   The decor was so out of the box and fit the venue and the happy couple’s wishes to perfection.  The comments and compliments keep pouring in – “most fantastic wedding they had ever attended”! Anna Maria’s attention to detail is amazing.  She is always available;  she is never too busy to take a call – whether  it’s just to be assured, or go over a specific detail.
